There’s a lot happening on the TRAD BUAILLE Stage this year!

Led by Claire Sherry (fiddle, banjo, mandolin) and a host of friends we are delighted to expand the festival commitment to Traditional Music.

Here’s what we have so far:

• Launch of the Ruaille Buaille Tune Book
• Players from Lucan Comhaltas will join us for a slot on the Trad Buaille stage.
• Maeve Townsend and her Leixlip Community Band will join us once again.
• The recently formed Scoil Áine Naofa TRAD ENSEMBLE will showcase their repertoire.
• Students from St Mary’s GNS return to Ruaille Buaille for their second year.
• Mick McNamara will lead a singing session for all the family.
• Brothers Sonny Cahill (flute) & Cody Cahill (accordion) will give their signature rousing performance.
• A FINALE SESSION from all participants of tunes from the Tune Book.
